Knockdown provides a fantasy golf experience where users can create and join leagues, draft players, and follow golf events. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

At this time, account deletion is not yet available. You may contact us if you wish to have your data removed once this feature is implemented.

3. Eligibility

Knockdown is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features or leagues may require payment. Payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe, Apple, or Google. All payments are final, except where required by law.

5. Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or share anything unlawful, offensive, or harmful.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App.
• Use automated tools or scripts to gain unfair advantages.

We may suspend or restrict access if you violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App — including logos, graphics, and features — are owned by Knockdown or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that scoring data will be accurate at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knockdown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
